Refund and Cancellation Policy

By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Refund and Cancellation Policy.

REFUND POLICY

  1. Virtual Private Servers (VPS)

    All VPS services are generally non-refundable. However, customers may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of the initial purchase if a major technical issue with the service cannot be resolved by our technical support team within a reasonable timeframe. Refund requests are subject to review and approval by MAINVPS.NET.

    Please note that outbound Port 25 (SMTP) is blocked by default on all VPS services to prevent spam and abuse. The inability to send email through Port 25 does not constitute a service fault, technical issue, or valid reason for a refund. Customers requiring email services should use an external mail service provider or contact support to discuss available alternatives, if any.

  2. Dedicated Servers

    Dedicated server services are non-refundable. However, customers may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of the initial purchase if a major technical issue with the service cannot be resolved by our technical support team within a reasonable timeframe. Refund requests are subject to review and approval by MAINVPS.NET.

  3. Web Hosting and Reseller Hosting

    Web hosting and reseller hosting services are non-refundable. However, customers may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of the initial purchase if a major technical issue with the service cannot be resolved by our technical support team within a reasonable timeframe. Refund requests are subject to review and approval by MAINVPS.NET.

  4. General Refund Terms

    • Refunds are available only for the initial service purchase and do not apply to renewals, upgrades, add-ons, software licenses, setup fees, or administrative fees.
    • No refunds will be issued for service cancellations resulting from customer preference, misuse, policy violations, or issues caused by third-party software or customer configurations.
    • MAINVPS.NET reserves the sole right to determine whether a reported issue qualifies as a major technical issue for refund eligibility.
    • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

CANCELLATIONS & RENEWALS

  1. Shared Hosting, Reseller Hosting, Dedicated Servers, VPS and IPv4 Services

    To cancel or renew any service, you must submit and confirm a cancellation or renewal request at least 7 business days prior to the service renewal date.

    If we do not receive your cancellation or renewal request within this timeframe, we will assume that you do not wish to continue the service, and the service will be suspended or terminated on its due date.

    Renewal requests submitted after the required notice period may not be accepted. MAINVPS.NET reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve or deny late renewal requests based on service availability and operational requirements.

  2. Recurring Payments After Cancellation

    Customers are responsible for ensuring that all recurring payment subscriptions are cancelled after service termination.

    If recurring payments continue after account cancellation due to:

    • An error by MAINVPS.NET staff;
    • An error by a payment processor;
    • An error by a third-party payment collection provider; or
    • Any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

    MAINVPS.NET shall not be liable for any overdraft fees, bank charges, penalties, or other financial losses incurred by the customer as a result of such charges.

    Customers should contact our billing department immediately if they believe an incorrect payment has been processed.
